Jordan and Kaleb around Christmas 2008

so.... where to begin. i'm not very good at remembering to write things down for the blog. well, Kaleb is now 17mo. old, and doing great. Jordan is 6 now and also doing wonderful. Not a whole lot has happened in the passed few months. Jordan is still going to his new school and is doing ok in that. When he started first grade, he was behind for that school, so he has struggled a little, but he's a smart boy and catches on quickly if you can keep his attention long enough to explain things to him. He got an xbox 360 for Christmas this past year. i think that's his favorite toy now days. he loves to play the xbox. Unfortunately so does his dad, so it can become a war at times. James is still working for CLS as a street light maintenance guy, and for now its going well, although they have made him cut his hrs. down by a whole day. i guess they are afraid of running out of work and are trying to keep there head above water, so instead of laying ppl off, everyone is taking a cut in hrs.
We still have Trouble, our dog. And he still lives up to his name. He isnt as bad as he was in previous months, but he still has his days. He likes to run away, if the door is open and we're not watching him like a hawk. If he wasnt so cute i'd let him run away and not open the door to him when he came back. Living up here in Eagle Mountain, i'm afraid the coyotes might eat him for a midnight snack. lol.
Kaleb,... he's figured out that coloring on the walls is really fun. Just today he colored on my closet door.( little poop head!) and the other day he stashed a crayon and colored on the return air vent, the recliner, the back door, dads hat, and the window by the front door. Oh and turning on the xbox is really fun, and when jordan is playing the xbox, its real fun to turn it off.
He's a talking, walking, running, giggling machine now. All day long he's walking around talking, and singing, and making all sorts of funny noises. He's also recently descovered that he can climb things, so he climbs EVERYTHING! But it's been alot of fun being able to watch him explore his surroundins and push both his and my limits. He's getting to where he can copy alot of what someone is saying as song as there simple words. But i still can't get him to talk infront of anyone. he's the shyest little boy. but i guess Jordan was really outspoken. He was the main attraction, everywhere we went. It seemed like he was always putting on a show for everyone. He'd talk to anyone, anywhere , anytime. And some of the things he would say was just hilarious! That kid hs always been my funny man.
Oh i dont think i meantioned, we moved from our apartment in Kearns, to a house out in Eagle Mountain. It's so nice up here. We're right up against the mountains, with a lake in view. Theres tons of horse property, and farming. It's alot less chaotic then SLC also. Like i said, Jordan is in a goodschool where they push the kids to be the best that they can, and do the best.
James' sister Tammy and her little family just moved out here from Tooele. That's been alot of fun. we get to see them alot more, and the kids like to play together, so it's been good.
Well i had better go....Sorry if my post is all scrambled. It's been a long time since the last time i wrote and so many things get going through my head, i just jot them all down.
